Hey, gang! Thanks to @gbuford, it was brought to my attention that all mentions of page numbers were off by 2. The issue has been rectified and version 1.1 is available to download. Sorry about that. I foolishly added the cover on last and it adjusted everything. I'm learning as I go. The affected files are:
